I was in Avalon, NJ visiting when I got pulled over for DWI. I later blew a .29. I had no idea I was that drunk. In fact I did not feel that drunk. Through a friend the next day, I was referred to Tony. One the best things my friend has ever done for me. Now think about it, I blew a .29. Tony was able to get that test thrown out. So, I was still charged with DWI, but only as an observation, not by a breathe analyzer test. Bottom line I got the minimum possible verdict. Tony is truly a genius. I definitely recommend him.

Medical Appeal Won!!!

After losing 2 Medical Appeals with my Health Insurance Company, I hired Mr. Gallo. I had Gastric Bypass Surgery Sept 2012, that left me with an Abdominal Incisional Hernia. I lived with it until, July 2015, when I was rushed to the hospital. I had to have emergency surgery. The hernia had caused a Bowl Obstruction. This past January, I felt the Hernia was back. My Doctor said I needed another surgery. My Gastric Doctor also referred me to the plastic surgeon at Penn. Both Doctor's agreed, I needed to have all the muscle & extra skin removed, that had caused this 2nd hernia. My Insurance company said this was cosmetic. Mr. Gallo was very knowledgeable & understanding. He represented me in my 3rd appeal & we won.  Actually he negotiated with the opposing side, before the 3rd appeal actually happened.  My health was slowly deteriorating. Thank God I am on the mend. I am very grateful to Mr. Gallo & I would highly recommend him! He is an excellent attorney.  He knows his craft & was very compassionate. He won this case for me quickly, to get me into surgery fast. Bravo Mr. Gallo. I can't thank you enough!!

I hired Anthony Gallo to represent me after a 2 year wait with another attorney that I released from my lawsuit. Anthony Gallo is different than most lawyers I've hired (and I've had to hire a few in my day). He really takes the time to understand the situation, get to know the client and what they are really after. He provides solutions and alternative ideas. He is intelligent, quick and extremely professional in his manner. I find him very easy to talk to, always makes himself available when needed and promptly returns my calls. I was being harassed and abused by a neighbor who continuously called the police for unfounded issues. I had hundreds of dollars in fines, almost lost my job due to the stress and was at my wit's end when I was referred to Anthony Gallo. Mr Gallo stepped in and was with me every step of the way through the court case and with the police. He not only got all fines eliminated but also all the late fees and interests etc as well as keeping me in the know about what he was doing. He worked persistently and negotiated with the police and judge in an extremely professional and effective way. What a GREAT lawyer! I would absolutely hire him again and have referred him to all my friends and acquaintances. I highly recommend him!

As if a car accident caused by another driver isn't stressful enough, imagine having the other driver's insurance company refusing to pay for the damages. If it weren't for Anthony, I would be stuck without a vehicle and would have never been reimbursed for all of the damage caused. He handled everything, continued to keep me in the loop with my case, and made it as stress free and smooth as it could have been. I couldn't have done it without him.
